Used Bike - Nishiki Modulus

Our used bikes all carry this guarantee. Tires and tubes are serviceable, all cables and bearings are adjusted and properly operating, and rims are unbent and true; unless otherwise noted. We only sell used bikes in good rideable condition, and some have been fully reconditioned. Pro packaging for shipping is $50, plus UPS or FedEx delivery fees.

For those of you who like the classic eighties road bikes, this Nishiki Modulus is especially nice. A 21 inch full chromoly frame (double butted) and fork equipped with a full Shimano 105 component group makes this one of the better bikes of its day. The dropout adjuster screws are still there and work as new. Only higher end frames had these. The shifting is indexed, which is much easier to use than the friction shifting found on most bikes of this era.

We tuned this and re-wrapped the bars, put on new tires, and it's ready to go. It's been ridden little, as have most of our used bikes, so the miles can be all yours for only $400.

Disclosure: The rims were apparently exposed to something that discolored them in sections. The original anodized finish is blemished, but the performance is not compromised.

NOTE: The dropout adjusters make this bike more suitable for conversion to single speed than bikes without them.
