GIANT Defy size ML Here is a solid road bike in top shape. Aluminum frame, carbon fork, Shimano 105 components, Mavic wheels. $750 Fuji ACE blue with 24" wheels - 14 speed and threadless headset! Scroll down) - $350 Miyata 512 Light Triple butted chromoly bike equipped with carbon fork, mostly 105 components, Thompson seatpost, Mavic wheelset - $1100 European made steel bike, probably/possibly a Raleigh (a prolly?), 23 inch frame, Campy dropouts front and rear with micro adjustment screws on the rear ones, circa 1980. Powder coated a nice Irish green. Lightweight, probably Reynolds 531 frame tubing. We put nice used stuff on this frame, some of which had been saved a long time! These include a Brooks saddle, a Shimano 600 crank (172.5mm arms, 53T and 39T), Dura Ace cartridge BB, Dura Ace caliper brakes, Ultegra rear derailleur, Sansin hubs with 700c Weinmann Super Champion rims, Cinelli bar and stem, Stronglight headset. It is a 6spd/12spd downtube shift bike with Campagnolo shifters. Buyer can choose color of bar tape, and we'll include it and wrap it. Townie model 21D. 3x7 drivetrain. These are 'pedals forward' bikes that allow the rider to have their feet flat on the floor yet get enough leg extension at the end of the pedal stroke. Rans VRex ultra lightweight recumbent road bike, Shimano XTR shifters, brake levers, derailleurs, and crank (top of the line), White Industries hubs. 20 inch front wheel and 700c rear. Dunelt This one is a looker! Dunelt bike made in Belgium in the sixties and hardly ever ridden - the white pedals look new! It has 26" wheels and is a single speed - $300 Westpoint A rare beauty: White and Turquoise Roadmaster cruiser from the sixties. Complete with headlight, fenders, rear rack, original saddle and a deep basket on 26" inch wheels. You'll definitely be noticed with the unique star cutout chainring! This ride has the rare single red stripe Kickback 2 Speed Bendix Coaster Brake rear hub! $500 Schwinn Suburban This is a tall man's bike. One needs to be 6' and up to ride it comfortably. It carries one of the rarest drivetrains in bicycledom - the free crank allows for shifting while NOT PEDALING - to shift a regular derailleur bike you must pedal softly while shifting. In all original configuration with 27 inch wheels and tires, and fenders - $500 Rollfast ladies' bike from the sixties rides on 26 inch wheels. The condition is remarkable considering its age - $200 Trek Mountain Train attaches to the seatpost of an adult's bike and allows a kid to tag along. 6 Speed - $200 Giant HalfWheeler Great way to keep even the youngest family member close when enjoying a longer ride with the family. Excellent way to transition your up and coming rider from training wheels to none! 7 Speed - $275 Mongoose Sycamore Mountain Bike! from the days when Mongoose made good bikes! Mongoose made a few of these chromoly mountain bikes before they turned into the mass producer of junk bikes. You may remember (if you're old enough) when Mongoose went from 150,000 bikes produced one year to 2 million the next year. This bike is from before the quality turned south! Notice the wishbone seat stay construction. We took this one and refurbished it with a complete matching Shimano STX groupo and a brand new pair of Ritchey rims laced up with DT Swiss spokes (the best). See Pic 2 and Pic 3 These rims retail for $80 each. It has brand new Komfort Tyres! This bike has its original sales receipt with it for $401.69 - double that for its current value. New bars, new stem, new tires and wheels, new cables and housings. A truly rare bike and a lotta TLC went into it here at PMB. It is equipped with one of the most desireable and rare items in bicycledom - the kickback 2 speed bendix hub (and it works great). $500
